What causes the variances in the prices of a picture frame?
Characteristics, including type and grade of wood, along with the style of finish and method used to create the finish are just a few of the variances in picture frame prices. Some manufacturers use lighter, low-grade woods and strictly machine finish their products. Roma refuses to compromise quality and therefore uses only the finest high quality woods for our moulding and combine various finishing methods to achieve the desired look. Prices may also be affected if genuine gold or silver leafing is used instead of foil. The leafing process is a time enduring procedure that takes several hours and must be completed by hand. Every batch of Roma moulding is inspected for quality and accuracy of finish. Thus ensuring we are providing the highest quality product available.
How can I care for my picture frame?
We recommend using a soft, lint free cloth that is free of dyes or chemicals. Slightly dampen the cloth with water and make sure not to use harsh or abrasive cleansers. We do not recommend any type of conditioner, or chemical to be placed on your Roma frames. Simply dusting the frame, and cleaning it with a clean, damp cloth should help keep your frames looking good for its expected life. Remember that our frames are made from wood and other natural materials, which can be affected by age, exposure to sun, heating, cooling and humidity.

How can I repair or replace a damaged Roma product?
If your product has been damaged and you would like to have it repaired or replaced, please contact the retailer from which the original purchase was made. Depending on the degree of the damage, various actions can be taken. If the product is damaged on the surface, the retailer may have a method to repair or touch up the finish. If the damage is more serious, the retailer may decide to have the product replaced. How do I purchase a Roma Product?
Roma products are only available through authorized Roma Partners. Products may be purchased through custom frame shops, galleries, as well as gift shops, home décor stores and furniture stores. Roma Moulding does not sell directly to the public.
What does the term “outside size” refer to?
The outside size or finished size refers to the dimensions of a complete framed piece from the outermost edges of both the width and height of the piece.
